Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners
with strong experience in premium or high-quality childcare settings.
Responsibilities
Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning, socialisation, and physical development
Supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
Supporting children's emotional needs and fostering a caring environment
Assisting with daily routines such as meal times, nappy changing, and sleep schedules
Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and behaviour
Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive team approach to childcare
Communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and daily activities
Organising outings and excursions in line with health and safety regulations
Upholding nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards at all times
Experience
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a high-end or outstanding nursery environment
Strong knowledge of the
EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
framework
Confident in creating exceptional learning environments and delivering high-quality interactions
Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
A commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and child-centred practice
Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
Passionate about providing personalised, luxury-standard care and education
Ability to uphold confidentiality, respect, and strong values at all times
Required Training & Compliance
Current Paediatric First Aid Certificate
Safeguarding & Child Protection training
Food Hygiene / Allergy Awareness training (or willingness to complete)
Enhanced DBS Check and right to work in the UK
Awareness of Health & Safety standards and infection control
