The Role - Nursery Room Leader

We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced

Nursery Room Leader

who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. You'll inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity and confidence in every child.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate a team of nursery practitioners Plan and deliver fun, hands-on STEM-inspired activities Create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment Be a positive role model for children and staff alike Build strong relationships with parents and carers Ensure the highest standards of care and education Contribute to the continuous growth and success of our nursery Training is provided

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in childcare or early years education (essential) Confident leadership and excellent communication skills A genuine love for children and early learning Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-focused attitude Strong understanding of the EYFS framework Good level of spoken and written English

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship, Volunteer
Contract length: 10-12 months

Pay: From 14.00 per hour
