Your Role as an Early Years Educator

You'll play a key role in creating a warm and inspiring space where little ones feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Day-to-day, you will:

Provide loving, responsive care for babies and toddlers Plan playful, engaging activities that spark curiosity and support development Observe and record children's progress, keeping parents involved every step of the way Champion learning through play and the curiosity approach Help maintain a safe, organised, and joyful nursery environment

What We Are Looking For

A Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (essential) Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable) Confident communication skills A positive, proactive attitude Team spirit and a willingness to go the extra mile A heartfelt passion for early childhood education
