About Us:

Seedlings Montessori Childcare is a nurturing and inspiring Montessori setting dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-7 yrs. Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Montessori principles, child development, and a commitment to creating engaging and enriching learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement Montessori-based activities that promote holistic development in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Create a prepared environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and independent learning. Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records to support individual learning journeys. Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing support and guidance to enhance children's development. Collaborate with team members to deliver a cohesive Montessori education that meets the needs of all children. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance Montessori practice and early years education.

Qualifications and Skills:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Experience working in a Montessori setting or with Montessori methods is preferred. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to children's individual needs. A genuine passion for fostering children's learning and development through the Montessori approach.
