Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments and an exceptional ability to provide outstanding customer service. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services, ensuring that each client receives personalised attention and care.

Responsibilities

Perform various beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, eye treatments, massage, advanced facials such as light therapy, radio frequency, microcurrent, hydra dermabrasion, peel and micro needling. Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatments and recommend products or services. Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to enhance service offerings. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, to ensure clear interactions with clients. A Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy is essential. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous professional development. Pay: From 12.21 per hour
