Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our nursery room. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong leadership skills, and be passionate about early childhood education.
Duties
- Manage and lead a team of nursery staff
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Develop and implement engaging activities for children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in English language
- A recognised Level childcare qualification essential.
