Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant - Derby City (Supply Role)

Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant

with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
We are expanding our pool of talented SEND specialists across Derby City to meet rising demand during peak times.

About the Role:

As a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and physical disabilities. You will work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials, deliver targeted interventions, and ensure every child has the chance to succeed.

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Previous experience working with SEND pupils in a school or specialist setting. Strong knowledge of strategies for supporting diverse learning needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive, proactive approach to helping children achieve their potential.

Drivers not essential

, but the ability to travel independently across Derby is an advantage.
