What do we need from a level 3 teaching assistant?
Significant experience working with children with a preference for experience working with children with additional needs.
The ability to take responsibility for delivering learning activities when the teacher is not present (typically PPA cover or sickness absence cover)
Must support the teacher in assessment, classroom organisation and behaviour management.
Establish and maintain supportive relationships with individual pupils, colleagues and parents/carers
