We are seeking a
Level 3 Teaching Assistant
to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning across the curriculum, helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment rooted in strong Christian and Gospel values.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
Work closely with class teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning for individuals and small groups.
Support pupils with additional needs so they can access the curriculum with confidence.
Help implement personalised learning strategies and interventions.
Foster pupils' social, spiritual, moral and emotional development in line with our school's ethos.
Contribute to the positive behaviour culture and wellbeing of our school community.
About You
You will:
Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistant, Childcare, or Education Support.
Have experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
Be committed to promoting high expectations for all pupils, including those with special educational needs.
Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
