LTA Level 3 Coach
to join our team and bring fresh outlooks, enthusiasm and a passion for helping players develop and enjoy their tennis. We coach all abilities from beginners through to advanced!
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly Level 3 Tennis Coach to join our team who can deliver high-quality group and individual lessons, contribute to the club's vibrant atmosphere, and help shape the next stage of our coaching programme. There's also plenty of room for you to have your own private 1-2-1s.
The role will include:
Saturday morning coaching
(junior and/or adult groups)
Additional
group and private lesson opportunities
across the week
Running or assisting with Cardio Tennis sessions (if qualified)
Supporting club events, match play sessions, and community initiatives
Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Head Coach, implement effective training sessions tailored to the needs of players.
Foster our ethos of a friendly, positive attitude at all times to players, fellow coaches and staff.
Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies.
Monitor players progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Organise and lead practices, drills, and competitive events.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff members.
Ensure adherence to welfare and safety protocols during all activities.
Skills
Must be a Level 3 Tennis Coach, no less.
Experience in teaching or mentoring individuals or groups.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback.
Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying skill levels.
Strong organisational skills to manage schedules and logistics.
A positive attitude with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all participants.
