We have now grown to five prestigious offices in two countries, with further locations in the pipeline.
We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture. We are now looking for a Qualified Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in driving our financial operations forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice and guidance on the development of new accountancy services aligned with business goals. Conduct market and competitor analysis to recommend a suitable range of accounting services. Develop and implement accounting processes, policies, and service offerings for the new division. Enact the services for both clients and the company. Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and HMRC requirements. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutions. Support the integration of accountancy services with the company's existing virtual office operations. Assist with the recruitment and potential supervision of additional finance staff as services expand.
Requirements:
Fully qualified (AAT Level 4, working towards ACCA) Proven experience in a similar accounting role Strong technical accounting knowledge and up to date with current standards Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
