Job Description

Based in Poole and Bournemouth, we are looking for a Sports Coach Apprentice to assist with our delivery of PE and Sport within local schools. The successful candidate will complete a range of different tasks including assisting and eventually delivering PE lessons, After-School, Lunch & Breakfast clubs across Poole, Bournemouth, and Christchurch.

One of our apprentices recently won the Higher Level/Degree Apprentice of The Year Award at Bridgwater & Taunton College as recognition for their hard work and commitment to the course.

Successful candidates will receive pay of 8.00ph for this role (45 pence higher than National Apprenticeship Minimum Wage as of April 2025) for the first 12 months. Rising to National Minimum Wage for the candidates age for the final 12 months of the placement.

This role will be a 32 hour per week position, including Coaching and Office based work.

Includes:

Assisting and eventually delivering PE lessons, After-School, Lunch & Breakfast clubs across Poole, Bournemouth, and Christchurch Assisting and eventually head coaching Holiday Camps within the local area Completing Social Media, Business Development, and Planning responsibilities within our office in Poole Complete Level 4 Sports Coach Qualification in partnership with Bridgwater & Taunton College (Coursework will be completed at CASA Ltd office in Poole)
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a contracted member of staff within CASA after the Apprenticeship, based upon performance and service demand.
