KXU Medispa and Fitness Club are dedicated to health, fitness and wellbeing. We pride ourselves on having an industry renowned team of professionals to provide our clients with the very best personal attention, guidance and support.

We are looking for fully qualified experienced Aesthetic/Beauty Therapists with NVQ Level 4, to join our friendly team as soon as possible.

Aesthetic experience preferred, however in-house training can be provided.

We offer an attractive performance related commission structure, as well as a competitive salary.

We are looking for someone who is warm, charismatic, flexible, with a mature attitude to work and is a team player.

You should have the experience and skills required to work efficiently in a busy fast paced environment.

Full Time and Part Time

(3 Days a Week minimum)

Requirements:

Trained in HydraFacial Excellent work ethic Passion for Beauty/Aesthetics 5 Customer Service
Attention to detail Punctual and efficient time management Passionate about the non-surgical treatments space. Experienced in a variety of treatments and loves to share their knowledge with clients and Members. Keen to develop both personally and professionally. Is a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Is motivated, proactive and forward thinking. Is looking to thrive within a supportive team to deliver exceptional professional service. Able to work towards targets and regularly hits goals set out by management.

This position does involve weekends, with a combination of morning, daytime and evening shifts.
