Job Description

The successful candidate will be working within our expanding delivery team, delivering our bespoke programmes across the business.

There are 4 pathways within the apprenticeship, PE and school sport, Community Coaching, Gymnastics Coaching and Swim Teaching. Each pathway is tailored to its program to include the Level 4 Sports Coach Professional Apprenticeship standard, alongside multiple other qualifications.

Successful candidates will be working within a vibrant organisation that treats its colleagues like family, and somewhere which values the development of the individual, 80% of our workforce started with us as an apprentice and 50% of our leadership structure have completed an apprenticeship with us.
