Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Sports Massage Therapist to join our team. You'll work shifts, providing tailored massage treatments to clients recovering from injuries as well as maintenance massages.

Your role will combine a guaranteed base hourly pay with an attractive commission structure to reward your hard work and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality sports massage treatments tailored to individual client needs.

Build strong relationships to encourage client retention and referrals

Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to clinic protocols

Promote clinic services to increase bookings and revenue

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in sports massage therapy, Level 4 (e.g., VTCT, ITEC, or equivalent)

Previous experience in a clinic or sports setting preferred but no essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and early mornings
