About the Role: Level 7 Aesthetic Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled, ambitious, and client-focused Level 7 Aesthetic Practitioner to join our elite team. This senior role demands a practitioner operating at the pinnacle of non-surgical aesthetics, possessing extensive clinical knowledge, exceptional technical proficiency, and proven leadership capabilities. You will autonomously deliver a comprehensive range of advanced aesthetic treatments, drive clinic performance through exemplary client care and sales, and contribute significantly to our reputation for excellence on Harley Street.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Clinical Delivery: Autonomously perform a wide range of high-level aesthetic treatments to the highest clinical standards, including (but not limited to): Advanced Botulinum Toxin Injections (Glabella, Frontalis, Crow's Feet, Brow Lift, Gummy Smile, DAO, Masseters, Nefertiti Lift etc.) Advanced Dermal Filler Techniques (Cheek Augmentation, Jawline Definition, Chin Enhancement, Tear Troughs, Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, Lip Augmentation & Rejuvenation) PDO Thread Lifts (Various techniques) Advanced Skin Rejuvenation (Chemical Peels - Medium Depth, Laser Therapies, Radiofrequency Microneedling, Advanced Microneedling Protocols) Prescribing for aesthetic purposes (where qualified and appropriate).

Client Journey Excellence:

Conduct thorough, in-depth medical aesthetic consultations, including complex medical history taking and bespoke treatment planning. Manage complex client cases and treatment plans, demonstrating exceptional clinical judgement. Provide expert pre and post-treatment care advice and manage expectations effectively. Build and maintain long-term relationships with a high-end client base, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Clinical Governance & Safety:

Ensure strict adherence to all clinical protocols, hygiene standards (including infection control), health & safety regulations, and JCCP/CPSA/Save Face/ACE Group guidelines. Maintain meticulous, accurate, and contemporaneous clinical records, including medical history, consent forms, treatment notes, and photography, complying fully with GDPR and clinic policies. Report and manage any adverse events or client complaints immediately and professionally to the Clinic Manager/Lead Clinician, following established procedures. Ensure all treatments are evidence-based and delivered within your clearly defined scope of practice and competency.

Commercial Acumen & Leadership:

Exceed individual sales and revenue targets through expert treatment recommendations, premium product sales, and effective client conversion. Demonstrate mastery in ethical consultation, treatment planning, and closing high-value treatment packages. Mentor and provide clinical guidance to junior practitioners and therapists as required. Contribute proactively to clinic development, service innovation, and marketing initiatives. Maintain optimal stock levels of clinical consumables within your treatment rooms.

Professional Development:

Maintain full, valid registration with all relevant professional bodies (e.g., JCCP, BACN, ACE Group, Save Face). Actively pursue Continuous Professional Development (CPD), staying abreast of the latest research, techniques, technologies, and regulations within the aesthetic industry. Participate fully in mandatory and advanced in-house training programs.

Essential Requirements

Qualification: Level 7 Diploma in Botox and Dermal Fillers (or equivalent recognised postgraduate qualification, e.g., Bachelor's degree module, PG Cert/Dip) is mandatory. Registration: Full, active registration on the JCCP Register (Practitioner Level) and/or equivalent recognised register (e.g., ACE Group, Save Face Accredited). Proof of registration is required. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience as an aesthetic practitioner, with demonstrable, extensive experience autonomously performing a wide range of advanced Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler procedures. Proven experience with PDO Threads and advanced skin rejuvenation technologies (Lasers, RF Microneedling, Advanced Peels) is highly desirable. Insurance: Valid, comprehensive professional indemnity insurance at an appropriate level for all modalities practiced. Clinical Skills: Exceptional anatomical knowledge, injection techniques, clinical assessment, and diagnostic skills. Proven ability to manage complex cases and complications. Commercial Skills: Outstanding track record in achieving sales targets, client retention, and building a premium client base. Mastery in consultation, ethical sales, and treatment planning. Client Focus: Unwavering commitment to providing exceptional, personalised, and discreet client care to a high-end demographic. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and explain complex treatments clearly and confidently. Organisation & Compliance: Meticulous attention to detail, record-keeping, hygiene, and adherence to clinical governance protocols. Attitude: Highly professional, proactive, ambitious, and a true team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence in aesthetics. Commitment to evidence-based practice.

Highly Desirable

V300 Independent Prescriber qualification. Experience with advanced laser therapies. Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff. Active membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., BACN, BCAM).
