Summary

As an Early Years Educator at Kattz Kidz, you will play a key role in nurturing and developing young minds in a safe and stimulating environment. Your passion for early childhood education will help us deliver outstanding care while encouraging children to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children. Provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive emotionally and socially. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs. Collaborate with team members to create a positive nursery atmosphere. Support children in their daily routines, including meals, playtime, and rest periods.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent). Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting. Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative. A genuine passion for nurturing children's development and well-being.
