Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our dedicated team to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Effective Communication: Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to provide the best outcomes for children.
Time Management: Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards under pressure.
Child Development: To also work as a key person and in ratio to foster a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere that promotes the development of each child.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: Levels 2 and/or 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification. To work on either a part-time or full-time basis, between 7.30am & 5.30pm. Due to expansion multiple vacancies are currently available!
Experience: Proven experience in an early years setting, is essential.
Skills: Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Passion: A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young children.
