You will support our Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) business in management of the revenue pipeline, commitment pipeline, financial resource and risk limit framework. You will work closely with the LDCM Management, Syndicate Desk, Risk, Finance, Analytics and Treasury teams. This role will also involve maintaining and producing Management Information (MI) as well being responsible for key business project, initiatives and ad-hoc queries, at the direction of LDCM senior management.


This is a great opportunity to build relationships, expand your skillset, and gain product knowledge within one of the key front office businesses. The LDCM group focuses on the origination, structuring, execution, and syndication of leveraged financing transactions (high yield bonds and leveraged loans) for corporate and private equity clients. Transactions include leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, cross-border M&A financing, liability management, and general corporate purpose financings spanning many industries.

Your key responsibilities



Global pipeline, financial resource and risk limit management for LDCM (maintaining active deal pipeline, capital consumption monitoring, pipeline and liquidity reporting and metrics, monthly forecasts, Deutsche Bank fronting exposure tracking) Commitment pipeline reporting including key risk contributors, i.e. credit, market and liquidity risk Ensure accurate reporting of the LDCM balance sheet and profit and loss statement Responsible for regulatory reporting and assisting with regulatory asks Maintaining and producing Management Information (MI) for senior stakeholders Managing key business led initiatives including New Product Approvals (NPAs) and booking methodology

Your skills and experience



Foundational understanding of capital markets products desirable Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to multi-task and operate within tight deadlines. Reliable team player with problem-solving skills, a risk mindset and a can-do attitude French, German, Italian or other European languages skills are also considered complimentary, but not essential Excel, PowerPoint proficiency essential Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience This would suit someone from consultancy, credit risk management (CRM) or finance background
