LGV C+E Driver (HGV Class 1) 05:00 starts - based Stoke on Trent
Pay Rate: 38,335 based on a 45 hour week (16.38 per hour)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday , Start time 05:00
Location: Stoke on Trent - ST1 5PG
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

• Work pattern - Monday to Friday - includes bank holiday working
• Start time - 05:00
• Delivery of timber products to Wickes stores - experience of strapping a diminishing load required
• Single deck, curtain sided trailers
• Between 1-4 drops daily plus planned returns and some inter depot work
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Candidates MUST have a minimum of 6 months commercial LGV C+E experience
• Candidates MUST have experience of strapping diminishing loads - in this case timber products
• Candidates MUST live locally to Stoke ST1 5PG
