are expanding its fleet and seeking professional, safety-conscious Class 1 Drivers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that values its staff .

The Role:

As a key member of our driving team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of goods to and from our customers . Your duties will include:

Driving a modern, well-maintained vehicle . Performing multi-drop or trunking deliveries, depending on the route. Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation (e.g., digital PODs, vehicle checks). Conducting thorough daily vehicle defect checks and reporting any issues promptly. Ensuring full compliance with drivers' hours and tachograph regulations. Representing EDS in a professional manner at all times.

What We Offer Our Drivers:

Excellent Pay:

35-36,000 per annum.

Regular hours:

basic 45 hours per week Between 10:00 and 22:00 Monday to Friday. (no weekend work)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A valid

Category C+E (Class 1) driving licence

. A valid

Driver CPC card

. A valid

Digital Tachograph card

. No more than 6 points on your licence. Previous experience in a similar Class 1 driving role. A strong focus on safety and professionalism. Excellent knowledge of drivers' hours and road transport regulations. The right to work in the UK.

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience with multi-drop deliveries. Experience using hand-held terminals for PODs.
