Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 1 or 2 driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all road safety regulations. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to power truck /

Duties

Operate a lorry to transport goods to various locations, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload pallets, while ensuring the safety of the load during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

Handle any paperwork associated with deliveries,Skills

Proven experience as a Class 1 or 2 Delivery Driver with a valid commercial driving licence. Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.

Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
