Rapier Employment are actively recruiting for HGV1/ LGV1/ CE/ Class 1- drivers based in Leicester. We are looking for highly motivated, flexible drivers who can support of our client\'s day to day operation.
You will be working for one of the UKs leading logistics companies on behalf of their well known retail client.
The Job:
- Store Deliveries
- Using hand pallet truck
- Both single and double runs to a set location.
- 2-3 deliveries
- This is an on-going opportunity. Temp to Perm position available
- Very physical work
- Immediate starts.
- 0100-0600 starts five days out of 7
- Option to work three days for a full week pay with longer working days.
- 8-12 hour average shift length
- You will need to undergo a driving assessment and full induction.
- \xc2\xa316.20 with additonal 10% & 20% uplifts for shift start times.
- 8 Hours Guaranteed
- HGV1/ LGV1 UK issued License is required (Minimum 6 Months)
- Previous multi drop experience is preferred
- Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
- No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
- Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
- Great communication skills
