Job Description
Schenk UK formally known as Suttons Tankers are an innovative national tanker haulage business, that operates a nationwide road tanker fleet which has been successfully serving the chemicals, gas, fuels, waste, and powders sectors for over 60 years, and is the largest chemical transporter in the UK.
We are looking for an experienced LGV Driver (Class 1 ADR) to join ourteam based at the Tilbury depot, working Thursday to Monday days shift pattern.This is a
PERMANENT
position.Pay Rates
13.71 - per hour
20.56 - Bank Holiday Working
16.60 - Night shift rate
39.41 - Night out
FULLY PAID BREAKS
and paid ADR & CPC RefreshersEssential Requirements:
An LGV Class 1 licence with no more than six points A tachograph cards. A Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) A strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation A safety focusses. ADR certificate (all classes except 1 & 7) A minimum of 2 years Class 1 experience A minimum of 2 years Tankers experience
In addition, overtime is available, CPC training hours, courses and CPC accreditation and driver medicals are all paid for. Full PPE is provided.
