Job Description
Schenk UK is an innovative, national tanker haulage business operating one of the largest road tanker fleets in the country. For over 60 years, we've proudly served the chemicals, gas, fuels, waste, and powders sectors, becoming the UK's largest chemical transporter.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced LGV Driver (Class 1) to join our team based at our Wilton depot, working Friday to Tuesday Nights. You will be responsible for delivering bulk powder/pellet products to our customers.
Pay Rates
14.05 daily rate per hour
Overtime weekends and bank holidays from 18.16 to 28.11
Night Shift rate (one off payment) 19.31
Night out 30.14
Essential Requirements:
An LGV Class 1 licence with no more than six points
A tachograph card
A Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
A strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation
A safety focus
Minimum 2 years Class 1 experience
Minimum 2 years Tanker Experience
In addition, overtime is available, CPC training hours, courses and CPC accreditation and driver medicals are all paid for. Full PPE is provided.
