Role Purpose

Responsible to lead cargo operations on a 24/7 basis and drive operational delivery per shift against assigned deliverables.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for leading cargo operations on a 24/7 basis and drive operational delivery per shift against assigned deliverables.
  • Allocate shift resources per shift to deliver cargo operations in cargo acceptance, build up, breakdown and delivery.
  • Maintain security and safety standards within the operation.
  • Engage with airline customers on a shift basis to ensure on time operational performance in areas of responsibility.
  • Deliver against airlines SLAs in service delivery, compliance, and safety.

What we are looking for
  • 5+ years in cargo operations
  • 4+ yeas in supervisory or management position in a warehouse and cargo operations environment
  • Experience and proven track record of developing teams
  • Proven track record of delivery against KPIs and SLA\'s
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Good customer service and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel as a minimum
