Join Our Team as a Liaison Officer (Case Management) at Bolton at Home
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Liaison Officer (Case Management) to play a key role in supporting the delivery of vital repairs, maintenance, and improvement works across our homes.
This is an exciting opportunity to help ensure our customers live in safe, high-quality homes while building positive relationships between our teams, contractors, and the people we serve. You'll help manage multiple cases from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, excellent service, and a smooth customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate case records, ensuring all progress is documented in line with legal and organisational requirements.
Analyse repair data and produce clear, factual reports to support decision-making.
Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external contractors to coordinate works and resolve issues efficiently.
Attend site visits and meetings to support new and ongoing casework.
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders about planned works and progress updates -- in person, over the phone, and in writing.
Respond to queries and concerns from customers regarding programmed or special project works.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and partner organisations to support successful project delivery.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Experience in a customer-facing or liaison role, ideally within housing, construction, or property maintenance.
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence speaking to customers, contractors, and colleagues.
Ability to analyse information and produce accurate reports.
A proactive approach and the ability to solve problems calmly and professionally.
Understanding of Health & Safety, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and how these principles apply in a customer environment.
