Library and Digital Resource Coordinator

Are you an experienced library and digital learning professional with a passion for delivering outstanding services that enhance the student experience? We are seeking a proactive and innovative Library and Digital Resource Coordinator to lead and

coordinate library and digital resource services within our Langside Campus.

This is a key operational leadership role, responsible for ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused library and learning hub service that supports effective learning, teaching and digital innovation across the College.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the delivery of a comprehensive Library service Deliver high-quality library, information and digital services that underpin learning and teaching Support and implement library and digital resource pilots and projects in partnership with curriculum teams Manage and lead a campus-based team, allocating duties, monitoring absence and coordinating services with other campus Deliver learning and digital technology services that support the College's Digital Strategy and Student Experience Strategy Maintain and develop library management systems, online resources, catalogues and digital licences Manage inductions and student programmes including research skills, referencing, information literacy and use of the VLE

Requirements:

Educated to SCQF Level 9 (Degree or equivalent) or significant relevant professional experience Strong knowledge of printed, digital and online information resources Excellent understanding of ICT and digital tools that support learning and teaching Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate staff High-level customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
