Library and Digital Resource Facilitator

Temporary cover for 3 months

35 hours per week, Langside Campus

Are you a customer focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills? We are currently seeking a motivated Library and Digital Resources Facilitator at our Langside Campus.

Responsibilities:

Provide the delivery of a high-quality library, information and learning hub service Deliver learning and digital technology services and resources Support library users with subject enquiries, use of library services including software and equipment to ensure a professional service is offered Provide digital support to learners and develop appropriate resources to support learners Deliver desk duties to ensure a professional and effective customer focused service to the satisfaction of all users

Requirements:

SCQF level 7 relevant qualification (HNC or equivalent) or relevant experience in a similar role A good understanding of the use of ICT and support materials to support learners and learning and teaching Ability to work methodically and accurately, with proven organisational skills
