For over 20 years, the Lincoln International Business School (LIBS) has delivered successful management programmes for the Defence & Security Sector and allied professions, from Foundation to Master's level. Flagship provision includes the MSc Logistics Management, developed with the Defence College of Support (DCS) and delivered to cross-service commissioned and non-commissioned officers, civil servants, and defence industry professionals.


We are seeking a Military Link Tutor who will lead, manage, teach, and administer several military programmes, ensuring high-quality learning, assessment, and student support. The role includes engaging with key defence stakeholders, supporting senior leadership in enhancing the student experience, and fostering LIBS' national and international partnerships. The post requires you to travel regularly to meet students and partners, including attendance at military partner sites, which will require you to hold (or be able to obtain) the necessary security clearance.

Our portfolio also supports defence professionals in engineering, administration, and related disciplines, with qualifications aligned to leading professional bodies such as the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).


Please note that an offer for this position is conditional on achieving a BPSS check, followed by a successful application for a UK Security Clearance (SC). The minimum residence time in the UK to obtain such a clearance is usually 5 years.
