In-House Conveyancer

to join our team and be apart of our ongoing success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all legal aspects of residential and/or commercial conveyancing in-house. Manage purchases, sales, transfers, leases, and remortgages. Liaise with external solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and clients. Conduct title checks, draft and review contracts, and ensure all compliance and due diligence requirements are met. Ensure smooth completion of transactions within tight deadlines. Maintain accurate case records and manage files with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with relevant experience. Minimum [2-5] years of conveyancing experience, ideally in residential and/or commercial property. Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
