Job Summary:



We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

to join our healthcare team. The LVN will provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This role involves direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting patient recovery and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide direct patient care as outlined in the patient care plan Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately Assist with wound care, catheterization, injections, and other clinical procedures Support physicians and RNs during examinations and treatments Educate patients and their families on care plans and health maintenance Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility policies Ensure patient rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:



Active LVN license

in the state of practice (Required)

CPR/BLS certification

(Required) Minimum

[X] months/years of clinical experience

(Preferred, depending on role) Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Compassionate and patient-centered approach Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (Preferred)

Responsibilities



Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs. Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients and families about health management and treatment options. Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all nursing practices.

Qualifications



Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification Strong patient care skills and experience Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with medical terminology and patient documentation practices
