WeCool Toys is a Global Designer and Manufacturer of Dynamic Toys, Crafts, Compounds and more. We own, operate, and manage all vertical and horizontal production, package, export and distribution processes.

The opportunity:
We are looking for a talented and driven Licensing Administrator to join our Licensing Team on a 12 - 15 Month Fixed Term Contract . This role will assist the licensing Co-ordinator's with all licensor product approvals, updating and maintaining systems and tracking progress through critical paths
The role will report to our Licensing Manager
What are key duties of the role?
The Licensing Team are responsible for managing our relationships with our current and future licensing partners.
From pitching to new licensors to secure a new contract, to supporting our existing licensors with forecasts, line plans, sell in grids and approvals!
They work closely with the Creative Team both in identifying new license opportunities, as well as new product category expansion with current partners.
APPROVALS
Assist the licensing coordinator with approvals throughout the product development process
Ordering and sending licensors requested samples
Sending Preproduction and contractual samples to licensors
Photographing, checking and sending contractual sample orders
Collecting deliveries of samples from the Warehouse (Manually Handing is required)
ADMINISTRATION
Assist with licensor product and packaging approvals.
Assist with creating and maintaining line sheets for the licensors.
Accurately input/ upload all relevant details into our customer portals as well as the licensing software (Fabacus).
Assist the licensing manager and the wider creative team and with general administration as required.
Input data on to our new licensing software (Rightsline) as required
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Build and maintain working relatiosnhips with internal and external parties.
Address queries and requests from licensors and the internal teams in a timely and efficient manner.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Creative department, Supply chain, sales and marketing

Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
Highly organised with a great level of attention to detail
Enthusiastic, flexible and hardworking with a strong admin background
Able to work independently to a very high standard while also being a good team player
