Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant who can help nurture and guide a small group of young learners to develop both educational and life skills.

This is a small SEMH school in the Grantham area supporting students with Trauma informed SEMH needs from ages 7 to 16. The school takes great pride in developing the skills of their team and promoting from within and is currently shortlisting applicants.

Duties

Building strong relationships with the students Being a positive role model at all times Empowering the students to develop social skills Raising aspirations for the learners

Experience

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and resilience Worked in education , social services , care or counselling previously A clear enhanced DBS on the Update service ( or willingness to apply for one)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 95.00-105.00 per day
