The Role
We're looking for someone who understands the full buyer journey and knows how to move people through it - not with gimmicks, but with smart strategy, useful automation, and well-timed creative.
This role combines CRM, retargeting, and lifecycle flows. You'll work across teams (marketing, sales, dev, and creative) to make sure leads are captured, nurtured, and converted - without turning everything into a 47-step drip campaign.
You should be comfortable working with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and building systems that scale. If you've ever mapped out a flow on a whiteboard and then actually built it - this might be your kind of job.
What You'll Do
Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
Build and maintain lead nurture flows, onboarding journeys, and re-engagement triggers
Design and launch retargeting campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and display platforms
Sync CRM segments to ad platforms and track audience behavior across channels
Work with our studio team to craft CTAs, landing pages, and creative that make sense for the user, not just the funnel
Keep an eye on key metrics: click rates, conversions, drop-offs and improve them
Help ensure leads get routed correctly and followed up on by the right teams
Who You Are
3-6+ years working in email/lifecycle marketing, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Comfortable with segmentation, lead scoring, and automation tools like Zapier or Segment
Hands-on experience running retargeting flows and working with performance ad teams
You know how to balance creative ideas with data and performance goals
You're proactive - but not allergic to feedback or collaboration
You've launched campaigns that made an impact - and you can explain how
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Light HTML/CSS or AMPscript for emails
Experience with GTM, Clearbit, or GA4
Worked with luxury, content-heavy, or high-ticket B2C brands
A soft spot for boats (optional, but welcome)
