About the Role
Nevly is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (the "
Manager
") to join as an early hire to the Company's Marketing Team (the "
Team
"). As the Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of end-to-end omni-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives, ranging from first click to retention and renewal initiatives, with a focus on growing our customer base and instilling loyalty on a go forward basis. Our ideal candidate will have no problem rolling up their sleeves and working directly with customers to understand the wants and needs of the market, while ensuring that relevant programs are being created for all stages of the customer journey. This will be an in-the-trenches position where you will work as a member of a cross-functional team to craft and execute strategies that drive customer retention, subscriber growth, and top-line revenue. The right candidate will have expertise in omni-channel lifecycle marketing leveraging platforms like Braze or Customer.io.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop customer lifecycle stages for the Company's products and create strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey, which include onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Architect & implement new omni-channel growth initiatives, including setting strategy, testing campaigns, execution of campaigns and the analyzing of campaign results.
Develop and maintain audience segmentation and reporting.
Create and refine effective programs that leverage tenure and customer behavior data, and include a mix of triggered, targeted, and broad educational campaigns.
Evaluate performance across key platforms and channels.
Identify key, measurable metrics for lifecycle programs encompassing a growth hacker mentality with the ability to test and scale rapidly.
Position Requirements:
4+ years of experience in CRM and omni-channel lifecycle marketing across various segments (prospects, active users, canceled users).
Prior experience with growing consumer facing products in a startup or growth stage environment strongly preferred.
A proven track record of delighting customers and creating campaigns that grow revenue.
Prior experience with Braze and/or customer.io strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical thinker - comfortable with A/B test design & analysis.
Strong campaign management and problem-solving skills.
Possess strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
