The Role - Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We're looking for a

Lifecycle Marketing Manager

to be the dedicated owner of our member communication strategy, ensuring every user gets the maximum value from the Unmind platform. You'll play a critical role in driving higher member engagement, increasing utilization of high-value services like Therapy and Coaching, and establishing robust governance to protect client trust and mitigate compliance risk.

What you'll do



Own and Optimize Engagement:

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of member marketing campaigns and automated journeys to drive platform utilization, with a focus on high-value services like Therapy and Coaching.

Drive Revenue and ROI:

Fuel client renewals and expansions by demonstrating and improving client ROI through increased member engagement, directly impacting additional Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Establish Governance:

Design and maintain robust governance frameworks for all member communications, ensuring regional compliance, audience segmentation accuracy, and risk mitigation across hundreds of thousands of member touchpoints.

Maximize Technology Investment:

Act as the expert for the

Braze

member marketing platform, ensuring we extract full value by designing automated, personalized journeys and leveraging data insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with Client Success, Sales, and Product teams, translating utilization results into quantifiable ROI for business reviews and ensuring alignment between product features and member communication.

Enable B2B2C Client Success:

Build scalable "campaigns-in-a-box" to help clients promote Unmind internally, including editable templates, in-app copy, and how-to guides for high-priority rollouts.

About You

Demonstrable expertise in designing, executing, and optimising

member engagement campaigns

and automated user journeys. Proven ability to translate business goals (like retention and revenue growth) into targeted marketing strategies. Strong understanding of

marketing governance

and compliance, particularly in managing large-scale, segmented communications. Proficiency with a core member marketing automation platform (such as

Braze

or similar tools) to leverage data and build personalized experiences. Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage year-round campaign planning, delivery, and optimization in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Client Success, Sales, or Product to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
