We are seeking an experienced

Lifecycle Project Manager

to lead the delivery of planned and reactive lifecycle works across the Salford Royal PFI estate, ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability in everything you do. Key Responsibilities:




Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, variation, and small works projects across the PFI estate. Act as the main liaison between EQUANS, NHS Trust stakeholders, subcontractors, and SPV partners. Coordinate condition surveys, interpret data, and develop robust annual lifecycle plans. Oversee all aspects of project governance, approval processes, commercial documentation, and reporting. Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, healthcare standards, and ISO requirements. Drive project delivery to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs, timelines, and budgets. Promote a strong safety culture across all teams and partners on site. Identify and propose value-added initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and service excellence.

What We're Looking For:




Proven experience delivering medium-to-large scale lifecycle or construction projects, ideally in a healthcare PFI environment. Strong understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety compliance. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Degree-qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent project delivery experience. Organised, solutions-oriented, and confident working autonomously.
