Are you passionate about water safety and ready to make a real impact? LED Group, a charitable trust dedicated to health, wellbeing, and quality of life throughout East Devon, is looking for enthusiastic Lifeguards to join the team at Exmouth Leisure Centre--home to a 25-metre pool, state-of-the-art gym, and an exciting climbing wall.

Your Impact

Ensure Safety: Supervise all swimming activities, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Support & Assist: Enforce pool regulations and provide friendly assistance to customers whenever required. Act in Emergencies: Respond swiftly and professionally, administering first aid and CPR when needed. Maintain Excellence: Conduct routine pool maintenance checks and uphold high standards of cleanliness and water quality. Team Spirit: Collaborate with colleagues to nurture a positive, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere.

About You

RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to obtain) Strong swimming skills and confidence in deep water Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Passion for outstanding customer service and safety Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
