Lifeguard Team Leader & SUP Instructor

Sandwich, Kent

April - September (Seasonal, Full-Time)

Pay negotiable depending on experience

We're looking for a motivated, reliable Lifeguard Team Leader & Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Instructor to join our team for the 2026 season in Sandwich, Kent.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a small team of lifeguards Deliver safe, fun SUP sessions for the public Maintain high safety standards on and off the water Carry out basic equipment checks and setup Provide excellent customer service to all visitors
Requirements

18+ years old Strong swimming ability and confidence in open water Willingness to gain / hold UK-recognised lifeguard qualifications Positive attitude, leadership potential, and good communication skills
(Relevant qualifications are an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.)
