Location:

Hybrid (North West England - regular in-person time in Swinton, Manchester)

Hours:

30 hours per week | 9am - 3pm Mon-Fri (flexible working considered)

Salary:

30,000 per annum (pro rata) + 5% pension contributions + all equipment provided

The Role



This is not your average support role. You'll work closely with our founder, Hayley, and the wider team across all areas of the business - from managing client relationships to planning luxury travel, solving complex logistics, and generally making life run smoothly.

It's fast-paced and ever-changing (and believe me, it changes!). One day you might be sourcing an Italian chef for a client's private villa in Tuscany; the next, booking a helicopter, prepping presentation slides, finding alpaca's to attend private parties (yes - really), or making sure someone's house move is on track!

You'll need to love people, love solving problems, and love working things out before anyone has to ask.

Key Responsibilities



Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, getting to know their personalities, preferences, and priorities inside-out Provide thoughtful, proactive support across both business and lifestyle tasks - no two days are the same (and that's the fun of it) Plan and coordinate high-end travel and events - experience in luxury sectors is a big plus Offer creative solutions and calm problem-solving in fast-moving, high-pressure situations Represent Peak Lifestyle Management with warmth, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Support Hayley (the founder) with daily business needs, managing tasks with care and intuition Help keep our internal processes running smoothly, contributing to ongoing improvements and projects

About You



Based in the North West of England - and happy to work in Swinton (Manchester) twice a week Experienced in supporting others in a role that requires real autonomy and responsibility Exceptional at building relationships - you read people well and know how to tailor your approach Background in luxury travel, events, private client services, or similar (preferred, but not essential if you've got the flair) Naturally organised and solutions-focused - you keep plates spinning with ease Comfortable with tech, systems, and working independently Genuinely excited by the idea of contributing to a growing business and doing meaningful work
