Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lifestyle programs for clients to promote physical and mental well-being Coordinate and oversee recreational activities, outings, and events Build strong relationships with clients and their families to understand individual needs and preferences Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments as needed Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the Health, Nursing & Social Care sector Passion for improving the lives of others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Valid driver's license
