Lifestyle Coordinator

The role will require some weekends.

Our Lifestyle coordinators help to strengthen our care team and play an important part in enhancing the lives of our residents and improving their wellbeing.

We believe that good lifestyle coordinators have many qualities that make them excellent at their job.

The role:



Every day is different in care, and as an activities coordinator routines may vary:

.Organising personalised activities for residents

.Contacting and working with third parties to arrange events such as choirs, dancing and shows, and any transport that is needed.

.Accompanying residents to the pub, theatre or restaurants

.Attending any meetings

.Updating any social media platforms, newsletters, and noticeboards, with photographs and information

.Completing any documents and updating records.

This position is mornings, afternoons, and evenings, depending on the needs of the home based on 7 days a week. Actual hours of work would be discussed during your interview.

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, however, full training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
