Lifestyle Coordinator

About the Role

As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will:

Plan, coordinate, and deliver a varied programme of meaningful, person-centred activities in line with residents' needs, preferences, and care plans Promote wellbeing, social inclusion, dignity, and choice for all residents Plan and deliver seasonal events, celebrations, themed days, and special occasions throughout the year Produce quarterly newsletters for residents and families, sharing updates, activities, and key events within the home Manage the home's social media content, ensuring posts are appropriate, positive, and in line with company values and consent requirements Encourage participation while respecting individual choice and capacity Build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and the community Liaise with entertainers, community groups, volunteers, and local organisations where appropriate Ensure all activities are delivered safely, following risk assessments, infection control, and health & safety guidance

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working in a care home Is confident, calm, and professional under pressure Has good communication skills Experience of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc) Has a genuine, caring nature and strong values
