We're currently looking for a passionate, creative, and enthusiastic

Lifestyle Lead / Activities Coordinator

to join our care team in Maesteg. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, has great organisational skills, and wants to have a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.

Plan and lead engaging, person-centred activities

throughout the week, including evenings and weekends. Develop

tailored activity plans

based on each resident's interests, goals, and hobbies. Encourage social interaction, movement, and connection among residents.

Lead and motivate a small team

, managing rotas and supporting HR needs (with guidance from the Home Manager). Coordinate and promote events within the home and with the wider community. Maintain clear, accurate records to evidence residents' wellbeing and engagement. Run the

Activities Committee

and contribute to the wider home community.
Who We're Looking For:

Someone
