In this role, you will be
based at NW2
but
travel to other sites
across the portfolio for scheduled maintenance and urgent repair. You will also
coordinate and collaborate
with
third-party maintenance contractors
to ensure seamless service and compliance across all sites.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular lift servicing and preventative maintenance
Quickly diagnose and resolve faults and breakdowns
Ensure all work complies with LOLER, health and safety, and industry regulations
Respond to lift-related issues across the portfolio
Work closely and freely with our network of lift maintenance professionals to get the job done efficiently and safely
Maintain accurate service logs and support ongoing improvement
What We're Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
Proven experience with lift systems (passenger/service)
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
Valid ECS/CSCS card and full UK driving licence
Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused mindset
Bonus if You Have:
Experience with major brands like Otis, KONE, Schindler, or ThyssenKrupp
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
