About the Role
We are a small family run business based in Caddington.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking
Lift Remover Labourer
to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the dismantling, removal, and safe disposal of lift and elevator systems across a variety of sites. You'll be working closely with experienced engineers and following strict health and safety procedures.
This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the removal and dismantling of lift systems and components
Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting tasks safely
Preparing tools, equipment, and site areas before and after works
Supporting engineers with on-site tasks as required
Ensuring health and safety regulations are always followed
Cleaning and maintaining work areas during and after removal projects
Requirements
Previous experience in construction, demolition, or labouring (preferred but not essential)
Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items
A valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
Awareness of health and safety practices
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Flexibility to work on different sites and travel when needed
Driving Licence
