Lift Repair Engineer
Job Description
Forge Lifts specialises in the installation, modernisation, maintenance and repair of lifts in the South East of England.
We are looking for an NVQ3 qualified repair engineer to work in London and the surrounding areas.
As a repair engineer you will be responsible for:
Carrying out extensive site survey, identifying what parts are required and liaising with the office staff to organise repairs accordingly.
Complete major and minor repairs to a high standard in a timely manner.
Supporting trainee Engineers.
Optional overtime/night call.
Liaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship.
The engineer will occasionally be asked to attend breakdowns.
Liaising with the technical department to provide solution for problematic lifts.
To be considered for the role you will be required to have:
An NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering.
A full UK Driving License.
Benefits:
Salary range of 45,000 - 55,000 per annum + optional overtime.
25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
Career progression; NVQ4 & Advanced courses available after probation period.
