Light Commercial Vehicle General Manager
to lead the charge at our newly opened dealership and drive its continued success.

A full-height showroom showcasing the entire MAXUS line-up.
Ultra-modern workshop facilities with a dedicated EV bay.
Scalable charging infrastructure to power the transition to zero-emission vehicles.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading this flagship site, ensuring the dealership delivers exceptional results across sales, aftersales, and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a strong background in light commercial vehicle management to establish our presence and shape the future of North West Maxus.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth running of sales and service departments.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across sales, service, and administration.
Deliver strong commercial results, achieving sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Manage new and used vehicle sales, stock control, and forecourt presentation.
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service and aftercare.
Drive business growth through effective marketing, networking, and local business engagement.
Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and work closely with directors on strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, brand standards, and health and safety policies.
Represent the Maxus brand professionally, upholding its reputation as an innovative, sustainable, and customer-focused van manufacturer.
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in a senior management role within the automotive sector, with
direct experience in light commercial vehicles
essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
Commercially astute with excellent understanding of dealership operations and financial performance.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
Full UK driving licence required.
