We're looking for a Commercial Vehicle Technician who shares our commitment to quality and wants to be part of a team that values people, progress, and performance.

About the Role

As a Bridgend Ford CV Technician, you will:

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards. Diagnose and resolve faults using the latest diagnostic equipment and IT-based software. Conduct video health checks to highlight existing and potential concerns. Ensure all work meets health & safety and compliance requirements. Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance. Proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence with no more than six points. A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to achieve and exceed targets for quality and customer experience. A "right first time" approach and team spirit.

Hours & Benefits

Permanent, full-time position: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5pm 1 in 3 Saturdays as overtime
